Refund/Returns Policy


 

All remote controls supplied by RemoteFinder.net come with a full 3 month guarantee which starts from the date of purchase. If a remote is found to be faulty please contact us via Returns@RemoteFinder.net informing of us of the fault before returning the item. You will be issued with a returns number which must be printed on the package label of your returned remote control and New remote will be issued.

 

If a remote supplied by New Remotes is found not to work with your intended equipment then an alternative replacement or a full refund shall be offered to the customer after the purchased remote has sucessfully been returned to us, again please contact Returns@RemoteFinder.net to obtain a returns number before returning any items.

 

If a remote control is returned for any reason other than being faulty, such as the remote is no longer required or the wrong remote control was ordered then a re-stocking charge of £7.50 shall be incurred for copy remotes and for Original remotes a restock charge of 50% of the remote order price shall be charged, please note that all remotes returned for any reason other than it being found faulty must be returned within 10 days of receipt of the item, after this 10 day period no refund can be granted.

 

If the remote is returned to us within 10 days of receipt unopened and unused then a full 100% refund shall be given.

 

Items cannot be returned if the item has received any physical damage, this includes damage from the result of being dropped, scratched, receiving liquid spilleage or liquid leakage from installed batteries.
