How to order your New Remote

To order your remote from RemoteFinder.net you will need the manufacturer name and model number of the equipment that the remote is intended for.

Simply select your equipments brand name (i.e. Toshiba) from the drop down list to the left and then enter your equipments model numer in the text box (FOR INFORMATION ABOUT HOW TO LOCATE YOUR MODEL NUMBER SEE BELOW!).

A search will be carried out on our online store database and if matching remotes are found you will be shown a list of matches for your equipment, simply select the model number that matches your equipments from this list, please remember that postage and packing is FREE.

You will then be given the price of your remote. Select the method of payment you would like to use from the options given.

We accept payment via three different methods -

Online - You may pay by Credit card, switch, solo or delta online via our secure payment system.

By post - You can pay for your order by cheque or postal order, please note that all cheques and postal orders must be made out to SMG DEVELOPMENT and must be in pounds sterling (GBP)

By Phone - Our customers now have the option to pay by phone for their remotes, simply call 0845 838 6182 with your order details. please note that we are a UK based company. Our operating times are between 9.30am to 4.30pm MON-FRI GMT.

How to find out your equipments model number!

The required model number is usually located on the back of the equipment (i.e. TV, DVD,VCR etc). In most cases look for a label stuck to the back of your equipment, on this label you will usually find various numbers such as a serial number and model number. It is only the Model number we need. Simply write the number down and then enter it into the box on the left of this page.

In some cases the model number may even be found on the front of the equipment, again simply write it down and enter it into the box to the left of the page.
