What if the remote i order doesnt work with my equipment? - If the remote you purchase from us does not work with the required equipment simply return it to us within 10 days and we will offer either a full refund or an alternative remote.

How long does it take for delivery of my new remote? - We strive to provide a quick delivery on all remotes ordered and usually you will receive it within a couple of days but please allow 14 working days before contacting us if your remote has not arrived.

Do you provide batteries with your remotes? - We provide a full set of batteries for free with each order within the UK.

Do you provide a Remote Control Repair Service? - We do not repair remotes as we feel that it is cheaper to simply replace it with a new remote.
